Dr. Borle completed his graduation from JNMC Wardha in 2006 and his Post Graduation Diploma in Orthopedics from Government Medical College Aurangabad in 2010.

Dr. Borle has undertaken various fellowships to enhance his skills, including Microscopic Spine Surgeries from Ganga Hospital (Coimbatore), Minimal Invasive Spine from Singapore, Endoscopic Spine and Pain Management from SHOT in India, and Posterior Stenotic Lumbar & Cervical Spine Decompression from Miraj, India.

Dr. Borle has performed more than 7,000 Endoscopic Spine Pain Procedures and over 1,500 Fusion Surgeries. He is an International Faculty for Endoscopic Spine Society and a member of the Association of Spine Surgeons of India and the Spine Society of Indore. He has also shared his expertise as a speaker in various national and international conferences and workshops.

Apart from his professional work, Dr. Borle has contributed significantly to the academic and social sectors. He has been providing education facilities to tribal and needy children and has given presentations on various topics at National & International Levels. He has also arranged many CME's to keep educating people about their health. Additionally, he has done camps in tribal areas and provided health facilities to almost 1 lakh patients. Dr. Borle is an active member of social services in Maharashtra, M.P, and nearby districts too. He has arranged blood donation camps and has helped people during the pandemic by providing Covid Vaccination. Dr. Borle & team has successfully performed 50,000 plus surgeries and also treats children who suffer from deformities.
